Vinegar is not a form of medicine but a natural food that is also a traditional Chinese spice. Vinegar was also viewed as a natural health food by our forefathers because of its unique abilities.

From the academic and health industry points of view, there are two major categories in food: Acidity and basicity. There is no relevance between the PH value and the acidic or basic modality of the food (sour tasting food might not be acidic food). It is determined by how food becomes acidic or basic after being digested, absorbed and metabolized.

Foods that produce acidity are foods such as animal meat, entrails and seafood. Foods that produce base are foods such as vegetables, tea, wine and vinegar.
Animal meat, entrails and seafood are the major acidic sources of the human body because they contain sulfonium (S), phosphorus (P) and chloronaphthalene (Cl), as for most vegetables, fruit, seaweed, beans and dairy product are sources of basic because they contain calcium (Ca), potassium (K), sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg).


Is vinegar alkalescence? Most people assume the major component of vinegar is acetic acid and the intake of vinegar will cause the blood to turn acidic which will be harmful to the human body. In fact, vinegar can eliminate acidic lactic acid and pyruvate (µJ©Ê¸²µå»Ä) within the blood to maintain a normal alkalescence. Thus, vinegar is an alkalescence food.

It will not only increase the speed of metabolism but also eliminate excess materials in the body to insure the health of humans.
   
  Vinegar is not a diet medicine but rather it will decrease the feeling of tiredness and promote more exercise for better health. To less than average health people, vinegar will increase the appetite, help digestion and absorb nutrition to strength the body.
   
  Vinegar can be utilized widely in our daily life. Adding vinegar while cooking will not only eliminate unwanted odor and taste but also increase dishes¡¦ presentation and taste. Vinegar also will help dissolve nutrition within the animal dish for better absorption.
   
  Vinegar will help to increase the appetite on hot summer days and make your food more delicious.
   
  Vinegar will preserve vitamin C within the food for better absorption.
   
  Bleach is commonly used to sanitize our environment such as public places, hospitals, homes and surrounding areas, but its large quantity of use will pollute our environment and household. Also another alternative is to use alcohol, but its high costs and risks lead us to another better method, 100% natural brewed vinegar. Natural brewed vinegar is made from glutinous rice. It will kill harmful bacteria and prevent its growth as opposed to non-effective chemical vinegar.
   
 
   
   
Wiping method
  To create a clean environment, just use 100% natural brewed vinegar with double water and wipe onto household utensil.
   
Fuming method
  Heat up vinegar in stainless steel ware between 70¢J~80¢J, twice a day for 1-2 hours at a time for two weeks to keep the air clean. Note: make sure the house is well ventilated.
   
Bathing method
  Taking a bath with diluted vinegar 2~3 times a week for 15 minutes will decrease tiredness, neutralize excess soap and maintain your good health.
   
Drinking method
  Add vinegar into dishes or drink fruit vinegar daily to increase the metabolism and remain healthy.
